High-voltage testing

The "Transformer" testing center is the only accredited certification bureau and metrological laboratory in Central Asia. This indicates that the testing techniques and equipment used are highly accurate. Moreover, a machine room with a high-power generator and a laboratory for impulse testing is located here. These facilities allow precise testing with lightning discharges, which can be destructive to transformers during operation.

Проводимые испытания позволяют оценить соответствие изделий стандартам и требованиям заказчика. Для обеспечения контроля качества изготовления трансформаторы подвергаются испытаниям после каждой стадии их сборки. Дополнительно проходят испытания обмотки, магнитопроводы и комплектующие изделия. Для этого на Предприятии предусмотрены отдельные испытательные участки, удобно расположенные соответственно технологическому циклу изготовления трансформаторов. Использование отдельных испытательных участков дает возможность одновременно проводить различные испытания, не жертвуя скоростью работы.

The enterprise’s Testing Center includes a Product Certification Bureau. Thus, independent certification bodies, on a contractual basis, confirm the quality of the manufactured products and their compliance with established requirements and standards.
