Dividend payments are carried out in accordance with:
• the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Joint-Stock Companies and Protection of Shareholders’ Rights”;
• the Regulation on the procedure for payment of income on securities (dividends, interest) through JSC “Central Securities Depository” and/or investment intermediaries

In accordance with the established procedure, dividend transfers are made through the system of JSC “Central Securities Depository” based on the data contained in the depository accounts of shareholders.

📌 In order to receive dividends in a timely manner, we kindly request you to:

✔️ verify the accuracy of your personal data;
✔️ уточнить банковские реквизиты для перечисления средств;
✔️ при необходимости внести изменения через обслуживающего инвестиционного посредника.

In the absence of banking details or in case of incorrect information, dividend payments may be suspended until the data is properly updated in the depository system.
