- Winding of complex elements of electrical machines;
- Marking the pitch along core slots and the commutator for combined (frog-leg) winding;
- Pulling single- and double-layer stator windings into slots;
- Laying and compacting the winding;
- Connection of stator windings according to complex diagrams;
- Installation of connecting bars and soldering;
- Bending the ends of sections with up to 2 parallel conductors;
- Complete winding and connection of unique elements of electrical machines;
- Marking according to the diagram, fitting, laying, compacting, wedging of windings, and connection;
- Installation of water cooling systems;
- Installation of connecting bars;
- Installation of equalizers and thermocouples.
- Secondary specialized vocational education;
- Ability to work in a team.
Must know:
- Design and operating principles of complex fixtures and control and measuring instruments;
- Methods for securing windings; circular and developed diagrams of multi-parallel stator winding connections;
- Methods for testing complex windings for inter-turn short circuits;
- Design and assembly rules for windings of unique electrical machine elements;
- Construction and purpose of technological tooling and equipment;
- Adjustment and fitting of channels, and methods for testing windings for electrical parameters and hydraulic tightness.
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Work schedule: 8-hour shift work (5/2);
- 1st shift: 08:00 to 17:00, 2nd shift: 17:00 to 01:00, 3rd shift: 01:00 to 08:00 (shuttle bus organized for the night shift);
- Saturday and Sunday are days off;
- Meals at the company's expense (lunch, dinner for the 2nd shift);
- Stable and timely salary twice a month (advance and final payment);
