Chief Technologist

- Provides technical and operational management of employees in the department
- Leads the development and implementation of advanced, economically justified technological processes and modes for newly introduced equipment and new products, ensuring increased technological readiness, reduced labor costs for production, improved product quality, and accelerated labor productivity growth
- Monitors the implementation of current and long-term production preparation plans by the department’s units, ensuring compliance with established technological processes
- Leads the development of technological documentation and oversees production support, reviews and approves changes to technological documentation directly or through a deputy
- Works with the Quality Control Department (QCD) to improve technical control methods and develop measures to prevent and eliminate defects
- Organizes the introduction of advanced norms for raw materials and materials into production
- Leads the planning and creation of layouts and projects for new workshops (sections) and their specialization
- Organizes the increase of production capacity in accordance with the business development plan, guided by calculations of production capacity and equipment loading
- Ensures participation of technologists in research and experimental work for mastering newly developed technological processes
- Leads the development of material consumption standards for main production items
- Organizes the provision of high-quality tooling and instruments for production
- Participates in the certification of subordinate engineering and technical staff according to the accepted structure
- Monitors compliance with decisions, management meeting protocols, directives, orders, and instructions from the director and head of technical services regarding the activities of the chief technologist department
- Conducts systematic control over subordinate units to ensure occupational safety requirements are met during technical documentation development and work organization
- Ensures technical and operational review of customer order specifications to assess the feasibility of fulfilling orders
- Prepares custom technology developments
- Prepares necessary documentation
- Calculates additional materials required for product manufacturing and orders them from relevant services
- Resolves production and technical issues with customers
- Provides practical support to workshops during production
- Reviews and controls incoming materials
- Prepares and launches projects in production
- Acts on behalf of the department, represents the enterprise in relations with other structural units and external organizations regarding production management
- Requests and receives necessary information from heads of structural units and specialists
- Requires workshop employees to follow the technology specified in the technological map

- Higher professional education (finance, economics)
- At least 5 years of work experience in the specialty
- Fluent and articulate speech
- Fluent in Russian and Uzbek
- Ability to work with large volumes of information in a multitasking mode
- Proficiency in computer programs Excel, Word

- Employment according to the Labor Code of Uzbekistan
- Work schedule: 5/2 from 08:00 to 17:00
- Meals provided by the company
- Stable and timely salary twice a month (advance and salary)
