Technical Control Department Inspector

- conducts quality control and product acceptance from the performer, step by step according to the current technological process in accordance with drawings, technical conditions, standards of the enterprise on the assigned production area
- analyzes causes of defects in the section
- keeps records with the date of accepted or rejected products or technological operations according to the quality system requirements
- systematically monitors the production process of products in the section and performs preventive selective quality control of manufactured items according to the technological process
- studies drawings, technological processes, GOST standards, technical conditions, and norms in the volume necessary for control and acceptance in their section
- before starting work, inspects the suitability of tools and instruments according to laboratory conclusions of linear-angular measurements and verification dates in the instrument passport
- issues a defect report for rejected items indicating the responsible parties and causes, and submits it to the senior inspector of the technical control department for further processing, after which the defect report is sent to the technical bureau, and correctable defects must be fixed
- together with the deputy head of the technical control department, prepares a return report for non-conforming products with CVILIM
- checks tooling quality on the first parts and verifies the presence of accompanying labels for each batch
- keeps strict records of product submission from the first presentation of each worker and master of the section and enters these data into the monthly schedule of results of first-time product submissions by section

- secondary specialized or higher professional education (technical)
- work experience in the specialty of at least 1 year
- literate speech
- fluent in Russian and Uzbek
- ability to work with large amounts of information in a multitasking mode
- proficient in computer programs Excel, Word

- according to the Labor Code of Uzbekistan
- work schedule: 8-hour shift work (5/2)
- 1st shift: 08:00 to 17:00, 2nd shift: 17:00 to 01:00, 3rd shift: 01:00 to 08:00 (bus provided for night shift)
- Saturday and Sunday are days off
- meals provided by the company (lunch, dinner for 2nd shift)
- stable and timely salary twice a month (advance and salary)
