Responsibilities

    - Heads the work on organizing and managing the archive at the enterprise
    - Ensures, in accordance with established procedures, the receipt, registration, systematization, storage, and use of documents
    - Develops, together with heads of structural units, the nomenclature of current office work
    - Manages the organization and systematization of documents to facilitate accounting and use of archival materials
    - Provides methodological assistance in searching for necessary documents, instructs employees of structural units on the procedures for forming, preparing, and submitting materials to the archive, controls the timely submission of completed documents to the archive
    - Ensures work on evaluating the value of archival documents, forming documents for permanent and temporary storage
    - Supervises the preparation of inventories for transferring documents to state archives, preparation of acts for destruction of documents whose retention period has expired
    - Monitors the condition of documents, their timely restoration, and compliance with storage conditions in archive premises
    - Organizes the accounting of document flow and number of files, issuance of archival references based on information in the documents
    - Prepares the required reporting
    - Participates in developing regulations and instructions for office management and archival organization

Requirements

- Higher professional education (technical)
- At least 5 years of work experience in the specialty
- Fluent and articulate speech
- Fluent in Russian and Uzbek
- Ability to work with large volumes of information in a multitasking mode
- Proficiency in computer programs Excel, Word

Conditions

    - Employment according to the Labor Code of Uzbekistan
    - Work schedule: 5/2 from 08:00 to 17:00
    - Meals provided by the company
    - Stable and timely salary twice a month (advance and salary)
    - There is a trade union: assistance, support, and participation in resolving work issues
    - Salary is discussed individually during the interview
