- organizes the work of the technical control system
- ensures timely and technical quality control and acceptance of products in his production area according to drawings, technical conditions, company standards, approved technological processes, and design documentation
- performs periodic checks to ensure workers comply with technological processes and design documentation
- instructs inspectors on control and quality acceptance issues, resolves questions arising during product acceptance control
- improves existing and implements advanced methods for product quality control in assigned areas
- keeps records, systematizes and analyzes recurring product defects identified during technical acceptance, requires performers and production masters to eliminate these defects
- requires production masters, section heads, and shop managers to timely implement defect prevention measures
- knows technical conditions for product acceptance and the manufacturing process of products
- can identify defects in products by characteristic signs and trains subordinate inspectors
- ensures proper maintenance and storage of control measuring instruments and tools, timely submission for verification
- assists inspectors in improving qualifications and technical literacy
- monitors the correctness and timeliness of filling out “Case” cards in all production areas, operation by operation, and stamps each “Case” card of the accepted products
- secondary specialized or higher professional education (technical)
- at least 3 years of professional experience in the specialty
- competent spoken and written communication skills
- fluent command of Russian and Uzbek languages
- ability to work with large volumes of information in a multitasking environment
- proficiency in computer programs Excel and Word
- employment according to the Labor Code of Uzbekistan
- work schedule: 8-hour shift work (5/2)
- 1st shift: 08:00 to 17:00, 2nd shift: 17:00 to 01:00, 3rd shift: 01:00 to 08:00 (bus provided for night shift)
- Saturday and Sunday are days off
- meals provided by the company (lunch, dinner for 2nd shift)
