- Performs service and warranty maintenance in case of defects in delivered products at the customer’s location
- Checks the presence and validity of the warranty period for the product and its components
- Participates in independent examinations in case of disputes, if necessary
- Ensures documentation of own actions and decisions
- Prepares requests for necessary repair materials and tools
- Ensures rational use of spare parts and consumables
- Conducts selective inspection control of the quality of individual technological operations on assemblies and parts
- Prepares documentation (acts, reports, certificates, recommendations) on product defects and their causes, provides technical services with information about deficiencies in technology, product design, assembly, and shipment
- Performs commissioning and installation supervision of delivered products for the customer
- Complies with safety requirements during repair work
- Higher technical education
- At least 3 years of work experience in the specialty
- Fluent and articulate speech
- Fluent in Russian and Uzbek
- Ability to work with large volumes of information in a multitasking mode
- Proficiency in computer programs Excel, Word
- Employment according to the Labor Code of Uzbekistan
- Work schedule: 5/2 from 08:00 to 17:00
- Meals provided by the company
- Stable and timely salary twice a month (advance and salary)
