- Cleaning of complex thin-walled castings, products, and parts in cleaning drums and shot-blasting chambers from burn-on, scale, corrosion, anti-corrosion coating residues, and surface layer hardening (work hardening) in shot-blasting chambers;
- Cleaning of castings, products, and parts in continuous tumbling drums;
- Sorting and loading of castings, products, and parts into tumbling drums and shot-blasting chambers;
- Preparation and loading of thin-walled and hollow castings in accordance with the technological process using spacers during cleaning in tumbling drums;
- Removal of armatures and frames from castings after cleaning;
- Unloading of used mixture from cleaning drums;
- Unloading of castings, products, and parts after cleaning;
- Charging of machines with cleaning materials;
- Operation of cleaning and shot-blasting units of various systems;
- Adjustment of shot-blasting, cleaning, and tumbling units;
- Determination of necessary cleaning materials and cleaning modes for various surfaces.
- Secondary specialized vocational education;
Must know:
- Design and operating principle of the maintained shot-blasting machines, cleaning and tumbling drums;
- Design of various cleaning and shot-blasting units of different sections and capacities;
- Load capacity of the used lifting and transport equipment;
- Properties and quality of materials used for cleaning;
- Technological requirements for castings, products, and parts after cleaning and for the quality of surface hardening (work hardening);
- Duration of the hardening process;
- Most efficient cleaning materials and their sizes depending on the nature of the surfaces being cleaned;
- Surface hardening (work hardening) technology.
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Work schedule: 8-hour shift work (5/2);
- 1st shift: 08:00 to 17:00, 2nd shift: 17:00 to 01:00, 3rd shift: 01:00 to 08:00 (shuttle bus organized for the night shift);
- Saturday and Sunday are days off;
- Meals at the company's expense (lunch, dinner for the 2nd shift);
- Stable and timely salary twice a month (advance and final payment);
