Cutter on saws, hacksaws and machines

- Cutting and parting on cutting-off, turret, and horizontal milling machines;
- Cutting of workpieces from assorted metal of various profiles and sections with a thickness or diameter over 200 mm on various types of hacksaws and saws, including high-alloy, high-speed, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, and austenitic steels;
- Cutting of non-ferrous and refractory metals and alloys with a thickness or diameter over 100 mm from materials of various profiles;
- Cutting in bundles or individually, as well as roll plastic materials;
- Straightening and cutting of metal on straightening and cutting machines;
- Machine setup and adjustment;
- Marking out complex parts from profile metal according to drawings.

- Secondary specialized vocational education;
Must know:
- Design of cutting-off, turret, horizontal milling, and other types of machines;
- Design of universal and special fixtures and control and measuring instruments;
- Geometry;
- Rules for sharpening and installing saws made of tool steels with carbide blades in relation to the nature of processing and various grades of treated metal;
- Cutting modes for alloyed and high-alloy steels.

- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Work schedule: 8-hour shift work (5/2);
- 1st shift: 08:00 to 17:00, 2nd shift: 17:00 to 01:00, 3rd shift: 01:00 to 08:00 (shuttle bus organized for the night shift);
- Saturday and Sunday are days off;
- Meals at the company's expense (lunch, dinner for the 2nd shift);
- Stable and timely salary twice a month (advance and final payment);

- Salary is discussed individually during the interview.
