- Turning of new and reworked rolling rolls with calibration of complex profiles, including performing the specified work on processing parts and tools made of hard-to-machine, highly alloyed and heat-resistant materials using a combined plasma-mechanical processing method;
- Turning and finishing on universal lathes of complex experimental and expensive parts and tools according to 1–5 quality grades with a large number of passes and setups, in places difficult for processing and measurements, requiring combined clamping and high-precision alignment in various planes;
- Finishing and polishing of complex special tools of various configurations with multiple mating surfaces according to the 5th quality grade;
- Turning of complex large-sized parts, assemblies, and thin-walled long parts prone to deformation on universal lathes;
- Turning of new and reworked rolling rolls with calibration of complex profiles, including performing the specified work on processing parts and tools made of hard-to-machine, highly alloyed heat-resistant materials.
- Secondary specialized vocational education;
Must know:
- The construction and rules for checking the accuracy of various types of lathes; methods for installing, clamping, and aligning complex parts and methods for determining the technological sequence of processing;
- The structure, geometry, sharpening, and finishing of all types of cutting tools;
- Methods for achieving the specified accuracy and surface finish and conditions for using special devices with this method;
- Basic principles of calibrating complex profiles; rules for determining the most advantageous cutting modes according to manuals and the machine passport;
- Calculations related to performing complex turning operations.
- Official registration according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (TK RUz);
- Work schedule: 8-hour shift work (5/2);
- 1st shift: from 08:00 to 17:00, 2nd shift: from 17:00 to 01:00, 3rd shift: from 01:00 to 08:00 (bus provided for night shift);
- Saturday and Sunday are days off;
- Meals provided by the company (lunch and dinner for the 2nd shift);
- Stable and timely salary twice a month (advance and monthly salary);
- There is a trade union: assistance, support, and participation in resolving work-related issues;
- Salary is discussed individually during the interview.
