Woodworking machine operator

- Drilling of sockets and holes on multi-spindle drilling and boring machines;
- Drilling and plugging of knots on automatic machines;
- Planing and profiling of workpieces and parts on self-adjusted four-side planing and molding machines;
- Planing of wood chips of various specifications on universal chipping machines;
- Assembly of panels with simultaneous profile milling and glue application;
- Execution of turning works for the manufacture of complex configuration parts;
- Milling of curved parts of complex configuration using a template (master);
- Milling of recesses for fittings in faced panel parts using a template;
- Selection of raw material batches for planing by thickness and length;
- Adjustment and participation in the repair of the maintained equipment;
- Veneer slicing from various valuable wood species on veneer slicing machines;
- Checking veneer thickness during slicing;
- Execution of especially complex turning works based on drawings, samples, and sketches;
- Milling of sockets and recesses for fittings in the front surfaces of finished panels, units, and parts;
- Milling of finished parts and units.

- Secondary specialized vocational education;
- Ability to work in a team.
Must know:
- Design and rules for adjusting the maintained equipment;
- Physical and mechanical properties of wood; factors affecting chip thickness;
- Defects occurring during sample cutting;
- Rules for using control and measuring instruments;
- Design features of the maintained equipment;
- Wood planing modes for various species;
- Basics of wood cutting theory;
- Processing accuracy classes;
- Reading of drawings;
- Design of control and measuring instruments.

- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Work schedule: 8-hour shift work (5/2);
- 1st shift: 08:00 to 17:00, 2nd shift: 17:00 to 01:00, 3rd shift: 01:00 to 08:00 (shuttle bus organized for the night shift);
- Saturday and Sunday are days off;
- Meals at the company's expense (lunch, dinner for the 2nd shift);
- Stable and timely salary twice a month (advance and final payment);
