Transformers type TDTNJ-16000÷40000 /110/27.5/11 for AC electrified railways
The TDTNJ transformer is a power, three-phase, three-winding, bell-type transformer with natural oil and air circulation, designed for railway applications. It is manufactured with rated powers of 16000, 25000, and 40000 kVA.
Transformers rated from 25000 kVA are produced with bell-type tanks.
These transformers are intended for supplying AC electrified railway networks.
The main technical parameters and manufacturing requirements comply with ГОСТ R 51559.
Three-phase oil-immersed railway transformers type TMJ
Three-phase oil-immersed transformers of the TMJ type with a power rating of 25–1600 kVA, with natural oil cooling and off-load tap changing, are connected to an AC network with a frequency of 50 Hz and are intended for converting three-phase AC electric power at a voltage of 27.5 kV into AC power at 0.4 kV to supply railway electrical equipment. The transformer is designed for operation in moderate climate regions at an altitude not exceeding 1000 meters above sea level. The transformer is manufactured in accordance with O’zDSt and Ts 00212908-08:2018 standards.

Three-phase oil distribution transformers, type TMG
Power transformers, three-phase, double-wound hermetically sealed, with natural oil cooling. The transformers are designed for converting electrical energy in the networks of the electricity consumers' power systems. The transformer windings are made in aluminum and copper versions, both from winding wires and foil. The transformer windings are round and oval in shape.
Three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformers, type TM
Power transformers, three-phase, double-winding, with an oil conservator and natural oil cooling. The conservator, mounted on the tank lid, has a ventilation opening connected through an air dryer. The oil pressure inside the transformer remains constant and does not depend on temperature.
TSL and TSZL series three-phase, dry-type, double-winding transformers with cast insulation are designed for converting electrical energy. Operating mode — continuous. Ambient temperature from -45 °C to +40 °C. Relative humidity not more than 80% at +25 °C. Rated frequency — 50 Hz. Winding connection diagram and group: Y/Yn-0 or Yn-11. The traction transformer ONDCE-4350/25К-У2 is designed for freight electric locomotives ЭС5К, 2ЭС5К, 3ЭС5К, 4ЭС5К operating on 25 kV, 50 Hz AC electrified railways.
The transformer converts the contact line voltage to supply voltage for traction motors, excitation windings of traction motors, and auxiliary circuits of the locomotive. Additionally, the transformer enables inversion mode (converting traction motor voltage back to contact line voltage, excitation circuits, and auxiliary needs).
The transformer is designed for use on mainline passenger electric locomotives to convert the contact network voltage into the voltage for traction motor circuits, excitation of auxiliary needs such as heating and train power supply, and also to convert the traction motor voltage back to the contact network, including excitation and train power supply. Oil circulation is provided by an electric pump. The electric pump is mounted on the transformer and supplied together with it.
Climatic design: У, installation category 2 according to ГОСТ 15150 and ГОСТ 15543.1
A transformer designed to convert the voltage of the contact network into the voltage for the traction motors and auxiliary circuits of the traction unit.
The transformer is designed to convert the voltage of traction motor circuits and the auxiliary circuits of units. Circulation is provided by an electric pump type 1ТТ 63/10-У2 (ТУ 3631-005-00220150-2006), and cooling sections are air-cooled. The electric pump is mounted on the transformer and supplied together with it.
The transformer meets the requirements of Ts 00212908-14:2018.
Transformers type ODCE-2000/25P-U1; ODCER-1600/25P-U1
The single-phase traction transformer is designed to convert the voltage of the contact network into the voltage required for the traction motor circuits and auxiliary systems of AC electric trains operating at 25 kV for suburban and local services.
Oil circulation is provided by an electric pump. The electric pump is mounted on the transformer and supplied as a complete assembly with the transformer.
Climatic version — У, placement category — 1, according to ГОСТ 15150 and ГОСТ 15543.1.
Explosion-proof complete transformer substation, type KTPV
Explosion-proof complete transformer substations KTPV, with rated power from 100 to 630 kVA, are designed to supply three-phase AC power to electrical equipment installed in underground workings hazardous due to gas and dust, as well as to provide leakage-current protection and maximum current protection of low-voltage lines. The substation is equipped with transformers of the ТСВ type.
The power transformer is assembled on a core-type magnetic circuit made of cold-rolled electrical steel with low specific losses.
The magnetic core of the power transformer is three-phase, core-type, manufactured using “Step-Lap” technology from cold-rolled grain-oriented electrical steel. The lamination stacking is performed in five sheets. The transformer windings are made of copper wire with heat-resistant insulation. Insulation type — aramid paper “prepreg” or “Nomex”. Winding type — multilayer cylindrical.
The ВН winding has tappings that allow adjusting the transformation ratio within ±5%, brought out to an insulation panel.
Components and operating principle of the substation:
The substation consists of a power transformer compartment, high-voltage switchgear (РУВН), low-voltage switchgear (РУНН), and a wheel assembly (optional).
By switching on the RUV disconnector, the primary voltage is fed to the power transformer compartment. The power transformer converts the voltage of electric energy and transfers it to the РУНН. In the РУНН, the voltage is distributed and supplied to consumers.
Single-phase oil-filled voltage transformers of the ZNOM type with natural cooling are scaling converters designed to generate measurement signals for electric measuring instruments, protection, and signaling circuits in AC networks with isolated neutral at frequencies of 50 and 60 Hz. They can be used indoors and outdoors in temperate climate zones under the following conditions: altitude not exceeding 1000 m above sea level, continuous operation mode, ambient temperature from -45°C to +40°C.
Oil-filled current transformers are designed to convert and transmit measurement signals to metering devices, protection, automation, signaling, and control instruments in alternating current circuits of industrial frequency. They are used in 110 and 220 kV power networks.
Voltage transformers are designed to transmit measurement signals to measuring instruments and/or protection and control devices in alternating current installations of industrial frequency. They are used in 110 and 220 kV electrical networks.
Single-phase, oil-filled ОМ and converter ОМP transformers with natural oil cooling, connected to 50 Hz AC networks, are designed for converting electrical energy in power systems, supplying electrical equipment of railways, and other single-phase electricity consumers.
